Neumiller & Beardslee represents the Port of Stockton, Joaquin County Council of Governments and the Stanislaus Council of Governments, both of which are Regional Transportation Planning Agencies and Metropolitan Planning Organizations. The firm also represents the San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission and the Altamont Commuter Express Authority which operates daily commuter rail service between Stockton and San Jose. Neumiller & Beardslee performed the legal work necessary for the formation and establishment of the ACE Train Service.

In performing legal work for various transportation agencies, Neumiller & Beardslee has prepared numerous joint exercise of powers agreements, joint funding agreements, and many other inter-agency cooperation agreements.
