A Brief Biography |
Alicia Hernandez
is an associate attorney with Neumiller & Beardslee.
Her practice areas include Municipal Law, General Business
and Banking and Finance.
Ms. Hernandez graduated from the University of the Pacific
with a B.S. in Business Administration. She attended the
University of Southern California Gould School of Law where
she earned her Juris Doctor in 2011. While at law school,
Ms. Hernandez received scholarships from the Mexican American
Alumni Association and the Mexican American Bar Foundation;
she also served as the Academic Chair for the Latino Law
Student Association and as the USC Vice-Chair for the Mexican
American Bar Association. She assisted her fellow students
as a Transfer Mentor and also interned at the USC Small
Business Clinic. During her last summer in law school she
was a Summer Associate in the office of Deputy Counsel for
Los Angeles Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa and interned with
NBC Universal in the Corporate Legal Department where she
worked on intellectual property matters. She is currently
a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association, the
American Bar Association, and the State Bar of California
In 2011, Ms. Hernandez was admitted to practice law in California.
