S. Truax is a principal with Neumiller & Beardslee whose practice areas include general business litigation, business formation, trust and estate litigation, personal injury, agricultural litigation, agricultural leases and transactions, construction litigation, foreclosures, homeowners association
litigation, and products liability.
Mr. Truax's clients include big and small businesses, developers, farmers and ranchers, grape growers and winery owners and individuals injured in accidents.
Mr. Truax is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Joaquin County Bar
Association, as well as the Consumer Attorneys of California.
In 1987, Mr. Truax graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Social Science with an emphasis in Law and Society. In 1991, he earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and was admitted to practice in California. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.
