Karen
S. Bensch is an associate attorney with Neumiller
& Beardslee where she practices business and commercial
law, health care law, and tax, trusts, probate and estate
planning.
A native of Wilson, North Carolina, Ms. Bensch graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with an A.B. in Psychology and Chemistry, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While at McGeorge, Ms. Bensch held internships with the San Joaquin District Attorney and Superior Court and worked with the Women’s Caucus.
Prior to joining Neumiller and Beardslee, Ms. Bensch worked as a Research Associate for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Hospitals where she conducted research and authored studies in medical journals. Ms. Bensch also worked with the Headstart Program and the United Foundation of Cerebral Palsy.
Ms. Bensch was admitted to practice law in California in 2003. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.
