Melissa C. Giannecchini is an associate attorney at Neumiller & Beardslee. Her areas of practice include trusts, probate, estate planning, local agency law, agricultural law, real property law, and general business law.
In 2005, Ms. Giannecchini graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Pacific with a B.A. in Political Science. In 2008, Ms. Giannecchini earned her juris doctor with distinction, from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law graduating in the top 14% of her class. While at McGeorge, she was a recipient of the Barrister’s Scholarship, Academic Achievement Scholarship, on the Dean’s List for three years, and became a life member of the Traynor Honor Society. She also served on the McGeorge Law Review as a Legislative Staff Writer, Comment Staff Writer, and as the Chief Managing Editor of the Volume 39 Board of Editors. While at the University of the Pacific and McGeorge School of Law, Ms. Giannecchini also worked at the California Office of the Attorney General for three years. She is a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of California.
Ms. Giannecchini was admitted to practice law in California in 2008. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.
