Mia S. Brown is an associate attorney at Neumiller & Beardslee. Her areas of practice are real property, public agency, and water law.

In 1999, Ms. Brown graduated from University of California, Davis, with a B.A. in Communication. In 2005, she earned her Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she was an Honors Entrance Student and a member of McGeorge Women's Caucus. While at McGeorge, Ms. Brown was Marketing Director for the California State Fair Exposition Horse Racing Department.

In 2006, Ms. Brown was admitted to practice in California.
