Nathan
R. McGuire is an associate attorney with Neumiller & Beardslee whose practice areas focus on community association law, residential & commercial real estate development, litigation, collection law, construction law, and health care law. In 2001, Mr. McGuire graduated with distinction from St. Mary’s College of California with a B.A., in English and Philosophy. In 2004, he received his Juris Doctor from University of California, Davis School of Law, where he was a UC Davis King Hall Grant Recipient, was Senior Articles Editor for Environs Law Journal and a participant in the Public Interest Externship Program.
Prior to joining Neumiller & Beardslee, Mr. McGuire was a legal assistant for five years with Bickel & Associates, in Piedmont, California where he worked extensively with community association clients on a variety of transactional and litigation issues.
In 2004, Mr. McGuire was admitted to practice in California. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. He is a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
Mr. McGuire is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Building Industry Association and a frequent author and speaker on community association topics. He is currently a delegate to CAI’s California Legislative Action Committee. |
