Allison M. Felkins is an associate attorney of the firm and is working with the firm’s public agency, environmental, and water law departments.
In 2016, Ms. Felkins graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Agricultural Science. In 2020, she earned her Juris Doctor with Distinction from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with an emphasis in environmental law. Ms. Felkins graduated in the top 15% of her class and received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Freedom of Expression in the United States & Europe and Negotiations & Settlements. While at McGeorge, Ms. Felkins worked as an intern for the State Water Resource Control Board, Office of Enforcement and served as an officer for the Water Law Society. Ms. Felkins was admitted to practice in California in 2021.
Outside of her professional life, Ms. Felkins spends her time working with the youth at various livestock shows across Northern California and is a member of the Liberty Ranch Agricultural Advisory Committee. In her spare time, Ms. Felkins enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her family.
