Melissa C. Giannecchini

Melissa C. Giannecchini is a principal attorney at Neumiller & Beardslee. Since joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Giannecchini has been an integral part of the Neumiller’s trust, probate, estate planning, and trust litigation practices, as well as of the firm’s agriculture law and business law practices. Ms. Giannecchini is a Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

In 2005, Ms. Giannecchini graduated magna cum laude from University of the Pacific with a B.A. in Political Science. In 2008, Ms. Giannecchini earned her Juris Doctor with Distinction from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, graduating in the top 14% of her class and becoming a lifetime member of the Traynor Honor Society. While at McGeorge School of Law, Ms. Giannecchini served on the McGeorge Law Review as the Chief Managing Editor of the Volume 39 Board of Editors, as a Legislative Staff Writer, and as a Comment Staff Writer.

In addition to her dedication to the firm, her family, and her clients, Ms. Giannecchini is committed to serving our community. Ms. Giannecchini enjoys assisting her children and their schools, serving on the Board of Directors for the San Joaquin Estate Planning Council, and working with her husband’s farming business. Ms. Giannecchini has previously served on the Board of Directors for Women’s Center – Youth and Family Services for 7 years, on the Board for Linden Community Preschool as its Secretary and Treasurer, and currently serves on the Board for the San Joaquin Estate Planning Council. Ms. Giannecchini is a 2011 graduate of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Stockton program, a member of the State Bar of California and its Trust and Estates Section, the American Bar Association, the San Joaquin County Bar Association, having served on the Barristers’ Section Executive Committee as its Co-Chair and Secretary, and the San Joaquin Estate Planning Council.

Ms. Giannecchini was admitted to practice law in California in 2008. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
