Tooba Naveed
Tooba Naveed is an associate attorney of the firm and assists in the employment, business, municipal, and litigation law departments.
In 2020, Ms. Naveed graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. She joined Neumiller & Beardslee in 2024 upon earning her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Naveed was admitted to practice in 2024.
While at McGeorge, Ms. Naveed authored two law review articles for the University of the Pacific Law Review, became a member of the Traynor Honor Society and an Anthony M. Kennedy Fellow, and graduated in the top 23% of her class. In her final year of law school, Ms. Naveed served on the Board of the Law Review as its Chief Comment Editor and mentored a group of ten staff writers in drafting their own articles.
Ms. Naveed also participated in McGeorge’s Community Legal Services Immigration Clinic where she assisted migrant individuals with becoming naturalized, obtaining their green cards and work permits, and applying for asylum and U-Visas. During her time at UC Davis, Ms. Naveed volunteered for the refugee community in Sacramento to assist families in becoming acclimated to their new homes.
Ms. Naveed is a Stockton native and comes from a family of Stockton business owners. She graduated from Cesar Chavez High School in 2016. Ms. Naveed enjoys painting, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
