Ricardo Z. Aranda is an associate with Neumiller & Beardslee. His practice areas include employment law and litigation. Mr. Aranda joined the firm in 2014 and has been practicing law in the Central Valley since being admitted to practice in 2008. During this time Mr. Aranda has handled a variety of litigation matters for private individuals, businesses, bankruptcy trustees, and public agencies.
Mr. Aranda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Stanford University. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 2008. While at Hastings, he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Administrative Law. Mr. Aranda also received recognition for his Moot Court persuasive writing. Before entering law school, Mr. Aranda worked as a legal assistant for a distinguished Palo Alto law firm.
Mr. Aranda is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. He is a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association and is a frequent contributor to its official publication, Across the Bar. He is also an active member of the Judge Consuelo M. Callahan American Inn of Court and is a member of the 2014-2015 class of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Stockton program.
