Neumiller & Beardslee is pleased to announce Melissa Giannecchini’s admission as a principal of the firm effective January 1! Since joining the firm in 2008, Melissa has been an integral part of the firm’s trust, probate, estate planning, and trust litigation practices, as well as in the firm’s agriculture law and business law practices.
Melissa graduated magna cum laude from University of the Pacific in 2005 with a B.A. in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor degree with distinction in 2008 from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where she graduated in the top 14% of her class and became a lifetime member of the Traynor Honor Society.
In addition to her dedication to the firm, her family, and her clients, Melissa is committed to serving our community. Melissa serves on the Board of Directors for Women’s Center – Youth and Family Services and is the Secretary and past Treasurer of the Board for Linden Community Preschool. Melissa is a 2011 graduate of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Stockton program, an active member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association, having served on the Barristers’ Section Executive Committee as its Co-Chair and Secretary, and a member of the San Joaquin Estate Planning Council.
