Mr. Terpstra earned a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Westmont College in 2011. In 2018, Tom earned a Master’s of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary. Tom then graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law with his Juris Doctorate in 2021 and was admitted to practice law shortly thereafter. While at McGeorge, he had the privilege of studying under former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy in Salzburg, Austria.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Terpstra gained experience in the agricultural industry, providing consulting and record-keeping services to dairy owners and operators to ensure compliance with the Waste Discharge Requirements General Order issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board.

A central valley native, Mr. Terpstra enjoys spending time with his wife and family, being involved at his church, reading, learning new things, playing board games, fishing, and playing basketball.
